UITS Technology Center Consulting (TCC) provides customer service in the IU Bloomington and IUPUI Student Technology Centers (STCs) and Residential Technology Centers (RTCs).
In STCs and RTCs, TCC consultants assist students and faculty with technology questions about printing and software like IUanyWare and Box at IU. Consultants are available 24/7 in the Wells Library at IU Bloomington, and select hours (limited staffing on weekends) in IT131 at IUPUI.
In campus housing, TCC consultants assist residents with connecting personal computers to the IU network and using software in the RTCs. IU Bloomington and IUPUI students who need in-room help with connecting can call their campus Support Center to schedule an appointment.
